Hi guys, been looking around and found this link on paypal help:

I really dont understand what they mean with this :

"PayPal will automatically transfer your PayPal balance to your US bank account or credit card on a regular basis."

and why Only few european countries are listed with "Countries/Regions with the ability to send and receive payments:"

any ideas ?
