So i sold my bag to this buyer on ebay. Everything went great, she received it and also she was happy with it. But after 90 days she opened a paypal claim(could not for ebay) that the bag was not real leather saying it was "plastic". Now she wants me to refund all the money which is actually not there anymore. What is the best way to fight this? last decision will be taken by paypal.
Please help. TIA

Try partial refund, otherwise you don’t have any chance.

Called the buyer if you still have her phone number for better solution.
Paypal will protect buyers rather than sellers.
Goodluck
is it really plastic?
There is no seller protection for INAD,but buyer has to pay for return shipping.
Better agree to return,if she goes to her cc issuer, she does not have to return the bag and your will be socked with $20 chargeback fee
