Cant transfer funds after 180 days! Need help please!
Hello all. Please give me some advices as i have big problem. I have UK PayPal account ( Balance 3000£ ) My account was permanently limited and 180 days was expired on August 9. But my big problem is that i still cant transfer my funds. I tried working with PayPal CS but they cant help me. They requested proof of ID. I just sent it many times but they rejected it and marked as invalid. Its my government issued ID and i have not more ID. I dont know what can i do, why they rejected it. What can i do? Does anyone had same problem? I dont want think that PayPal keep my money and won’t transfer. I calling every day, all of them told me: “ back office need review my id and release funds” but i have not received any response from back office. Any solution? Thanks |
