link a bank account with two different paypal account

Hi everyone.
I wanted to ask if linking the paypal account (used before with a suspended ebay account) with a bank account currently used to withdraw money from another paypal account (currently linked to a stealth ebay account) is a risky move. (My apologies for the confusion).
Does paypal care? Does paypal communicate with ebay anymore? What is the worst that can happen?
I mean, paypal will clearly understand that it's the same person, so if one account is closed, the other one will be too, but I don't do anything dodgy so I have no reason to fear for that.

you cannot link the same bank account to two Paypal accounts,you have to remove it from one if you want to use it on another Paypal account,but then if there are recent activities,Paypal would not let you remove it.

What do you mean with 'recent activities'? No, money haven't been withdrawn to that bank account for a long time.
So if I remove it from the account where it's currently, and put it to another paypal account....will paypal link the two accounts if one of the two is suspended?

Paypal could not care less if your Ebay account is suspended,but EBay does.
if bank account has no recent activities,you should be able to remove it,why dont you try it now

But let's say, if one day, one of the two paypal account it suspended, will paypal instantly link the two accounts, and suspend the other one too?...or not?

Once it's suspended. Even if it's not removed, what use is left for it? Maybe just buy?

PayPal just wont let you add a bank account to 2 PP accounts.

If you mean what I think you mean, after a 180 days ban we was able to remove and add as much as we wanted to the account.

Bank accounts can only be used once on a single PP account

When its added it cannot be used on other accounts even if removed from the first account
