PayPal CheckOut Issue - Sorry, we can't process your payment
Has anyone ever had the below issue? I have some buyers that are trying to pay for an item using PP, however they are getting the below error message. "Sorry, we can't process your payment. Here are your options:
Use a different credit or debit card.
Pay with a PayPal account." Things I've tried already:
1. Re-linked PP account.
2. PP is fully verified (Green checkmark is shown).
3. Re-checked Credit Card details.
4. Received 4-digit code from PP to confirm card.
Can someone help please?
