 Paypal Accounts vs own
Hello Guys so I do have a question, didn't seem to find an answer anywhere but I have to say, If you buy an account with paypal verified, address and everything is ready to sell and it has false info and it gets a negative balance what happens next?
To be detailed, let's say that you get a paypal account and a buyer initiates a chargeback against the account for an specific amount like $2000, If I decide not to reslove the negative balance, and the account is at -$2000, what will happen here?, this would go to a debt agency to handle but in this case the account has false info and not my own, so If there is an issue I can't pay the collection. Does this mean that you can get away with it?
If the paypal has false info and you already spent the money, then still have a negative balance on the account, will paypal ever know?. Like free money
I don't get how this would work, but from a legal perspective if there is a collection it just gets sent to you and you pay it off, handling the debt. In this situation this a false paypal so is odd to be able to see who does this. Is this considered a criminal offense, unlike a civil one?
If you just get the money and get away with it but leave the paypal account with negative balance of 2000, paypal doesnt know and they send the collection to a false person, they probably would never find you, but if they do not sure if this criminal or civil.
On a civil matter like getting debt sent via agency to you then paying it is whatver, not that serious, but criminal would face jail time depending on jurisdictions.
What happens in this scenario?
