 PayPal and my website
Hey!
I just got the typical "You can not use our services", and this is for a white labelled physical clothing brand- the reason is becuase this address is blacklisted and any account I make at this address will limit the paypal as soon as they ask for documents for EU limit.
So my question if i somehow by magic get a new paypal and link it to my shopfiy store will it still be blacklisted as that site is now linked to a limited paypal
