Default Chargeback "Double Payment / Double Charged"

Hi

I am looking for advice on this matter:

I have received one payment from a buyer with pp.
Now the buyer has filed a chargeback with CC company that he has been double charged. However I have only received the payment 1 x.

I have already shipped the item and the buyer has received it.

The buyer reported that they were billed more than once for a single order.


When I try to Provide more information to pp.
pp asks me:

You should submit a receipt, contract or other info that shows multiple orders were fulfilled, or that duplicate payments were canceled.


I only have proof for the 1 x payment I have received, the one this is now been disputed. I never received any duplicate payments.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Should I submit all information I have,
Like tracking, selling information ebay and transaction information pp, store invoice?

yes,you should submit proof of receipts,payment and a narrative.
What Paypal does is pass it to his cc issuer and they will decide.
if you lose,appeal.
If it is double payment,then his cc statement should show 2 transactions of the same amount to the same person.
You should include a page of your Paypal activities and underline that transaction with your Paypal ID,$$ and name of the sender.
if he is in same country,why not give him a call ?

The buyer does not respond anymore to any messages and I do not have a phonenumber.

I will submit all information I have (Transaction history, transaction details, store receipt, tracking information, ebay item information, message history and explanation)
