for the record, leaving the account a few weeks didn't help.
Since i can't add a bank the only way i can get money out of this account is by paying stuff
So i'm paying bills and stuff through this paypal and i've stopped using it for income :(

I had a problem similar to this and waited....eventually PayPal took the funds due to AUP. First time in my life this happened to me and I've been using PayPal for a long time. So prepare for the worst.

could you still send money and buy stuff before paypal took the funds?
I'd imagine they'd freeze the account first?
