I have provided all the information required of me,

Upload a photo ID: Completed
Provide information on account activity: Completed
Provide proof of fulfillment: Completed
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier: Completed

But I am still facing the same problem, my account is still restricted from my account Please I waited more than 6 days,

I want to know whether the restrictions will be lifted on my account, or will it be suspended for 180 after they accept the information provided to them

any idea?

Yes, I sent them my true national ID which I sent to them,
With the same name as on Paypal

Happened to me once , i called pp and they requested to complete another step too .

Paypal is known to ask for all that and still deny reinstatement :(

Were you selling risky items? What kind of category if you don't mind sharing

That's OK then. Wait a few days.

It can take up to 2-3 weeks, even without Coronavirus.

Did yo uh try different browser because sometimes this happens because of cashes

You maybe have misunderstood it. The Green COMPLETED text only indicates that you have uploaded the documents successfully. It NOT yet ACCEPTED as valid.
For now, you have to wait until they have a reply on this. Mine was already 3weeks, and still no reply.

Yes I changed the browser, but still the same problem, I will wait until they answer me, frankly, I am afraid that my account will be banned forever

Hi
what you see just means that you have successfully provided all documents requested but haven't yet been processed by the customer service.
Due to current Covid19 issues, service is working much slower than usual.

So you should wait until they reply back.
Only 3 things could happen:
1- Information provided accepted. Limitation on your account removed.
2- Information provided rejected: more information needed
3- Information provided rejected: your account limited for 180 days (permanent ban).

You will receive email notification once done, or login into the account few times per day to check.
