I tried to login into my paypal account and i keep getting this error message We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you .

Anyone has faced this problem before?

how old is your pp?

You either have triggered the security or your account is closed

around 4 months.
there are around 700 USD inside my paypal account. and i havent got any notice from paypal regarding closure of my account.
they just asked me to give a call, which i cant as their customer services are not working right now

This happens when you login without cookies or ip tied to the account
