PayPal pretending to be retarded
I have an account that was limited 8 months ago, they asked for some info, I supplied, they said "Appeal denied" and shut down the account.
Sometime a few weeks ago I got an email saying my funds were available for withdraw.
I tried to add a bank account to withdraw, and it gave me an error saying there is a problem with your account.
I called support and they told me to send them an email authorizing transfer to another paypal account.
I did this. They sent me an email saying they cannot do this because my account is limited.
I replied saying I just want to withdraw funds.
They copy&pasted instructions for how to withdraw funds via bank account.
I replied saying it doesn't work.
They copy & pasted the same instructions again.
I replied again, they replied again, ..... and this has been going on for a week, every day I explain the situation to them hoping the next customer service agent won't be retarded, but they just copy paste the same thing over & over.
How do I get my money out??
