That I can't help you with that because I don't know of any bank accounts or debit cards you can use for the bank account in the UK because I'm in the US.

There has to be a bank account or debit card you can get there that you can use to verify Paypal even with bad credit..

Do a search for that here in the forum.

Unless you are bankrupt/suspected of fraud you can get a bank account.

Go into a high street bank with photo ID and a utility bill and ask for a basic bank account.

If your problems are that bad....try think banking. They charge £12.50 a month and a £25 set up fee but its an account.

Generally name doesnt have to match, they send the penny deposits to check you are in control of account. Having said that, some reports of Llyods sharing names. Some of my names match and some dont and never had a problem, but of course there are always exceptions to every rule, so your have to cross you fingers...

one thing I would say is that if you can get away with same name, its useful for id (with match dob of course) for future limitations. Your real name with different address, is probably an ok combination.
