WTF So Confused?? Seller Protection don’t give money back?????
This is really pissing me off and I really need advice /help.
I got two PayPal disputes. One was for unauthorized transaction and the other was for item not received via buyer bank chargeback
Ok I shipped via eBay PayPal and thought I was covered for seller protection. I did everything correctly
I lost both case even though the second case tracking shows delivered to his house and the first case it the package was returned to me because it said no such address
PayPal reps telling me seller protection doesn’t give you the money back wtf???? They says on charge back they only protect you against fees and be the middle man between you and bank
I thought seller protection protects you and gives you the money back if you lose? I’m seriously confused

Seller protections covers you for any chargeback fees. For every chargeback case, PayPal is being charged for more than $100 to pay the "Processor" of the bank. PayPal does not charge you for that because of your seller protection and only charge you for $20 on normal occasions. | Quote:
That's what your PayPal seller protection covers. When the Buyer wins a case, you will only be charged for the principal amount of the transaction and theres no added fees as well.
Our protection program states that you will be "reimbursed" this means that your chargeback fees will be reimbursed to you if you win the case.

We could release the money while their is a claim or if its under a "Chargeback" case on it but if you lose a case, PayPal will not give you money because of your seller protection. Since, you have a seller protection, PayPal communicated with the financial institution for you and gave them the information on the case.
