Now is April. You could buy a small 2 person sailboat on eBay or some camping equipment, enjoy it until October, then open a case "item not as described" and Paypal will force a refund.

Ebay Global shipping program is better. Buy $150 item from USA seller, after 30 days open item not as described. Seller has no way to provide a return shipping label with tracking, keep item and get your money back. Like free candy.
