 PayPal High Risk Items and 21 Day Hold
I just received an email yesterday from PayPal stating that some of my money from sales will be held for 21 days after reaching the $1k mark because my items may be high risk.
I sell switch plates and candles that I cover with decorative paper. I've had this stealth account for the past 5 years and not too many issues with returns and never any chargebacks.
I may have had issues with items that may have arrived to buyers that may have gotten damaged in the mail due to shipping and then I would replace it...but very rare.
It's confusing to know exactly why I would be limited to $1,000 in sales a month for PayPal.
There has been a spike in sales for the past 2 weeks for reasons unbeknownst to me.
I currently have $194 more to go before they start to hold funds for 21 days. I did click on increase the amount but it got denied at this time.
How can I find out how and why this is just coming up for me?
