can i create a new paypal account to receive payments from my shop without confirming the bank account? will my paypal limited if the bank account is not confirmed yet?

You can receive money before, during, and after confirming your bank account.

well thank you, it's paypal us. My previous paypal account was just limited and i create a new one , linked the bank but did not confirmed it yet.
