I'm US citizen living in Australia. I tried to link worldfirst bank account and payoneer bank account. They deposits go through to the bank from paypal, but paypal never withdraw the funds so they remove the bank from my paypal account. Any ideas?

It's a stealth paypal account, I linked 3 different US bank accounts the deposits went to the bank, I verified them, paypal never took the deposits back and then removed the bank from the account.
