I have a few questions that i'm curious to see if anyone can answer. What is the daily transfer limit for a paypal account that is bought and transfer into a bank account? Do you recommend transferring it into my normal personal bank account? IF so then would that get me noticed or flagged?

No way to answer that question without having a lot more information since it depends on many factors.
I would advise against doing transfers daily and as Ignas said always leave some funds in the account. Age and transaction history on the account make a big difference in how you can handle the account.
