PP account for purchasing only

How likely will an account get limited if its just used for purchasing, sending payments, etc. I have a few vendors that accept PP, and I would like to use it just for payment. If I send payments 1-3000 per month would this cause a flag? Given account will be made with all the procedures mentioned in the Stealth Book and will use Prepaid card to fund.
Any info is appreciated.

if you start buying slowly and increase it, then you'll be fine. starting out with $3k purchases is a no-no
