Paypal has PERMANENTLY limited my account
 

Paypal has PERMANENTLY limited my account and feozen my funds for 180 days claiming that my " seller's account" (I have a personal account) has violated policy, potentially risky activity, fraud, etc. I've called pretty much EVERYDAY for the past week and a half/ 2 weeks since its happened and haven't been able to speak to anyone! The automated system hangs up on me everytime. I've written COUNTLESS emails and continue to receive automated messages or none at all. What should I do? Whom can I contact ( phone numbers and emails) to get this situation rectified?

You can't... you just need to wait the 180 days and then withdraw the money to your bank after that

As Saijin said - you just can't do it.

You can call 100 times and order some prayers on Joel Osteen show but that won't help.
It's just the way it is.

You'll be lucky if even after 180 days they'll release your money.

Well if they are claiming fraud your money is probably gone. Unacceptable policy deal.,
