Paypal has PERMANENTLY limited my account
Paypal has PERMANENTLY limited my account and feozen my funds for 180 days claiming that my " seller's account" (I have a personal account) has violated policy, potentially risky activity, fraud, etc. I've called pretty much EVERYDAY for the past week and a half/ 2 weeks since its happened and haven't been able to speak to anyone! The automated system hangs up on me everytime. I've written COUNTLESS emails and continue to receive automated messages or none at all. What should I do? Whom can I contact ( phone numbers and emails) to get this situation rectified?
