About paypal stealth account

Hi I'm just a newbie , should i need a new computer when creating a paypal stealth account just to make sure paypal will not link my paypal stealth account with my last perma limited account? Hope genius gurus here will help me. Thanks and godbless!

Hi,
welcome to the forum.

You do not need a new computer. Changing IP on a new windows user account will do.

Thanks sir . What about the hardware id on my pc?will paypal still link my previous perma limited account to my stealth account based on hardware id's? Thank you soo much sir/mam

No, paypal can't see your hardware ID.
