About paypal stealth account

Hi I'm just a newbie , should i need a new computer when creating a paypal stealth account just to make sure paypal will not link my paypal stealth account with my last perma limited account? Hope genius gurus here will help me. Thanks and godbless!

You do not need a new computer. Changing IP on a new windows user account will do.

No, paypal can't see your hardware ID.
