Unable to add paypal to ebay

Hello, i am unable to link my paypal to my usa ebay. Is anyone experiencing this? i chat up ebay help and they said its a technical glitch. i made 10 accounts and i cannot link paypal to ebay. all paypal are verified.

I thought I'm the only experiencing this.
What I did is that i added a debit/credit card as my automatic payment method.

So paypal is confirmed AND verified with VCC and Bank?

It can usually be added one day later.
