is there a way to remove paypal hold asap? or, maybe, a country that does not even have the hold thing.

Once it's successfully delivered, You can request from PayPal to release the funds. They usually will release the funds after 24 hours.
You need to have a established seller account in order to have instant funds received from payments, especially with eBay sales.

No, this is normal.

You ship fast, get tracking, get feedback and usually the hold gets taken off sooner than you realize.

I just running new PayPal account 1 and half month age and part of orders was under hold and some is not, last weeks all orders was go to hold and just now got new orders not in hold.

This is normal. You need around 2 months of good stable with PayPal for all new orders will not go to hold. no claims no issues, provide a track info and ask customers to confirm delivery if needed.

There's no set amount of time whether it's 1 day or 2 months... they can keep the hold forever or let it fall very quick.

if you have a FUNDNOW account with Paypal,there is no hold,even when your customer opens a dispute,but it takes time and good performance to get such account
