PayPal suspended for a year and I forgot my email password

Hi!

I want to call PayPal (account suspended) and send them my ID proof to withdraw the funds that have been there for 2 years. I know that they send the link to my email address where I can upload the ID and Address documents. The problem is that I cannot access my email anymore.

Just some followup questions:
Are you still able to access/log-in the account? If yes, you can just add a new email address to that pp and confirm it.
Are you still able to receive confirmation messages via the phone number attached to that PP account?
