Paypal permanently Limited - Conflicting messages.

Hi,

My Paypal account has been permanently limited after submitting my ID.

I then keep messaging them and was given the option to resubmit my documents.

I then resubmitted my documents and received this message.

Your account has been restored
We've verified your identity and lifted any limitations on your account. You're back on track.

However, when I log into my account it is still permanently limited - is this common?

HOnestly it's kinda weird that they restored your account. Most of the time they don't.

I'd wait 2 business days and see if it's still limited or not.

Agree with SaiJin OP - hopefully few days will solve this issue about the lmitation

They are asking me to email my id again - which makes me wonder if they do keep all the documents on file.

It happens to me few times, contact them that you received this communication but account is still not restored. They will do it in 10 mins if they realy restored before...

So, it probably means the account is gone for good.
