problem with uk paypal account

I had a problem when opening a UK Paypal account, as after opening the account, I linked it to a virtual credit card, and immediately after that my account was suspended and they asked me to confirm my identity, i.e. they asked me to present an ID card or passport
Please help me solve this problem

Really, I did not know what type of that card was. I just bought it and linked it to the Paypal account, and at that time I imposed limits on my account and they asked me to confirm the identity.
By the way, do I have to give up on that Paypal account and create a new account on the same IP address, or do I change everything knowing that I did not create an eBay account. I just created Paypal and limits were imposed on it and then stopped
