They make it very difficult to add USD bank to non US country. They may ask for verification and not send the verification message like they did to me.

Be careful with connecting a TW account. Once your account goes to minus, they will try to charge your TW bank, and once they see they can't - they will remove the link, and you won't be able to connect it again.

arent you the guy who called paypal and told them they banned you on another account?
Of course they will try to charge your account if you accept a direct debit mandate and sign for autopayment with it. You never want to accept a direct debit mandate so they will not try to charge you from the bank
no it is not true. if you convert EUR into USD they charge on converting
but i assume you want to withdraw USD to a US acc so there should not be any charges

Yep, that's me.
I didn't allow debit autopayment from this account. Not at all. I made sure I'm not paying from this account. I run multiple balances, and once there's a dispute and the balance goes to the red, they first try to charge the connected bank, before trying to convert money from balances in other currencies.
It happened to me in 2 different accounts!
every single paypal which can receive money from every country is eligble to link an US account and withdraw in USD.
but you have to call them to link it for you. Transferwise has USD accs and very easy to open
you mean I can link a US bank account into DE or NL paypal account by phone calling request?
Apparently IT IS possible like you said. But they told me they are charging 3% for withdrawals to US bank accounts. Can you confirm this?
yes, paypal has change the fee, some country has been charged about 3% for withdrawing US dollar to us bank. for example, HK paypal charged 2.5% for withdrawing US dollar
I don't know you specify IT IS paypal, paypal has changed the fee about 2-3 months ago
