For the record it is a longer than 10 years old account, no matter what, it looks like they want me to wait the 21 days, on the other hand I called them twice but just the machine answered the phone
basically they say I would get my funds after the 21 days hold or one day after delivery confirmation but the problem is the usps tracking was uploaded on paypal one day after the delivery, nevertheless I can track it on paypal account then it redirects me to usps website where it can be seen it has been delivered, so now four days has passed since delivery and
my funds are still on hold.

They NOT.

Outside Ebay for my own I might subjoin that PP transactions are unstable. One pending (21day) another clearing (out of 21 day).
Moreover, this can be alternately outside of any particular system PP (Anti-Fraud) patterns...

Not sure what you mean with "bull****" but Paypal actually visits your online shop and sees what kind of products you are selling, you can even see it in your traffic statistics that someone from Paypal visited your shop.

Yeah, you are right. I am also facing the same problem with the new business refrigerator making a buzzing noise. I need a solution because I am new.

the 21 day hold is almost inevitable. It's just the way it is.
