How soon after creation can you use paypal account for selling items? I would start with low amount sells (20$ or so, first week no more than 100$ total in sales) but do i have to create account and wait for certain amount of time before using it (like 2 weeks, month, 2 months?) or i can start selling right away, small amounts.
