Google Voice cannot use for Paypal

Hi

I have been getting an error from Paypal
"Sorry, it can't be a VoIP number"

When I try to use a gvoice to create my paypal.

Has anyone else been getting this error and could pinpoint the reason?

you are from us you can buy a sim easily
gvoice is tricky it does give error at times

Could be causing the issue since PP can easily identify it as a GVoice number - there are numerous posts about this in the forum. There are still some people who seem to swear by it as well though...
