provide information on account activity

My Paypal account was limited few hours ago. They ask as one step as provide information on account activity. I am a drop shipper. but i have not idea about how to write this one. so please kindly help to build this information. can you sent me the example about this.

You need an invoice made out to the name on the account showing some items purchased which are at least somewhat relevant to the items you are selling.

A detailed description of the items you've sold.
How you ship your products including information on delays.
Any information on the products you sell and how you sell them.

That's pretty straightforward then.

detailed description - tell them about the items you sold. Use as little details as possible
how you ship your products - tell them what shipping service your orders are being shipped with.
information on delays - try to explain why some of your orders took too long to ship.. if that's what happened
Any information on the products you sell and how you sell them - combine answers 1 and 2, pretty much

You shouldn't mention anywhere that you're dropshipping.

I'm dropping jewelry from china.
i sell the using ebay flat foam.
I always use china post. ( standard shipping only)
I process the customer orders with in 3 days,

but i still not understand how to arrange those points. because i not clever to English language. can you help to how to arrange these points correctly with out any violation of paypal policy.

I sell “Charm Bracelet Silver Bangle with Love Heart European Charms” (Rose Gold, Silver, and Gold per 1 Qty of each models)
I received the order on 24/11/2020 and I shipped this item on 26/11/2020. I take only 2 days for processing this order.
I always use china post (Standard Shipping) due to Fast shipping,
I sell these using Ebay selling flat foam.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get back to you yesterday. Your plan looks reasonable enough, except the last sentence "I sell these toys using Ebay selling flat foam" does not make sense. It should say something like "I sell these items on eBay and ship them in foam padded mailers."

Do your eBay listings show that orders will be shipped from China? Being honest to your buyers about shipping times and where your items ship from is important.. especially if you're dropshipping.


Also since you mentioned that it took you 2 days to ship this order you should make sure your eBay handling time is set to at least 2 days.

but are we mention about following this? or it's not?

1. are we need to mention about item number or code,
2. are we mention about tracking number regarding to this order of transaction Id?
3. What about estimated delivery times?

Paypal ask for provide information on account activity for 8 transaction IDs,
How handle that for each one?
