link a credit card to your PAYPAL account helps,having a FUNDNOW account would allow you to withdraw immediately .
if you can withdraw same day,Paypal is advancing you the money interest free

I keep the money for few days in the account. The Problem is I cant send payment anymore... I dont know how long this problem will be...

I can share one methode from me... I used it few months ago.

Just keep send 1 Euro payment to other pp account and withdraw it. It works for me. But I just want know what cause the problem that I cant send payment ? Do you know it?

EU has some requirements,once you exceeded receiving X eURo dollars,do you have to submit some documents?
