Question about Credit card confirmation

Hey guys, a fast question, can I use a different country credit card to verify my new paypal stealth account?

is just I read the stealth account guide and it mention the gift cards, but I dont think they sell those on my country, so I can buy one online here or use a normal debit card here in my own country.

Sure!. I use EU vcc to verify my USA Paypal account without any issue.

Nice you mean confirm the account - verification is done with bank account
