Entro does not work for this as far as I have experienced.

Forum sellers will be able to provide you with a VCC that does work for this. You can also use the VCC's that you purchase from Supermarkets / Boots ect.

It need to pass and not bypass the AVS

Just to confirm what James has said, you need a full AVS card and a landline number. Entropay is no use for this type of limitation.

Visa gift cards that can be purchased in supermarkets will work for the credit card. It needs to be registered in the stealth name and address.

Soho66 will work for the phone confirmation. The number you use needs to be "area specific" eg if it was a Birmingham address, the number needs to start 0121 etc etc.

There's a reason that you got hit with this limitation. How did you create the account?

The OP's problem is nothing to do with confirming a mobile phone number on Paypal.

Soho66 provides area specific landline numbers. The confirm location limitation requires this.
