UAE paypals

My buddy says I can use his verified aged pp from UAE.
Does anyone know if these are strong or anyone ever use one?

No country is stronger than any other country. The same risk algorithms run on all Paypal accounts.

That said, I've heard it's almost impossible to stealth a UAE account.

I wouldn't bother.
And I would never involve friends with business. Lose the account and youll have to explain to your friend why he can never use paypal again. Not worth it.
