Years ago, there were discussions about greendot not being accepted by pp. I think this still applies but havent tried working with it in a decade or so

GREEN Dot Works Perfectly I have over 10 paypal accounts with green dot.. as long as you know how to operate it properly and keep the phone # to that paypal alive.. Green dot will work perfectly!
