Multiple stealth accounts with same Driver license being creative?

I am planning to have multiple PayPal's with same driving license but different Date of Birth on it ...
Is it possible or do they store your "unicque national ID number" that appears in all ID cards like passports as well?

Hmmm.... first of all you don't actually need an ID to create a Paypal acc.
YOu just need to verify and confirm the acc with a VCC and Bank account.

WHen they ask you for an ID it usually means the account is flagged.

Of course I will be asked when reaching the 1800 EUR. There are no limits on my PayPal accounts yet I do have under my same name.

What if I upload to all of them same driver license but with photoshoped Date of Birth?.

Will they be linked?

Manual review - if it happens - would catch this use easily and cause big link issues
