Paypal refund

So been using Paypal a while without any problems. However about 4 weeks ago I purchased a watch that never turned up, seller was ignoring me didn't give me tracking etc. So I opened a dispute on Paypal and the next day it says refund pending, adjudication reason: seller sent a full refund but that paypal is reviewing the information. Today, 11 days after I opened the case I just got 2 emails, 1 saying "A refund by X was not processed successfully" and the 2nd one saying "We're following up with seller to make sure that your refund is completed quickly." My thoughts are they've tried to issue a refund from the sellers account but they don't have the funds. What if this is the case, will I ever see my money again? It kinda sucks because I paid for something I never received, I don't like giving out free money. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

happen with me too just wait for the dispute to close can take like a week or 2

This is echeque refund which takes 6 business days to either gets completed or failed. If seller's attached bank/card or PP wallet has sufficient funds then refund will get completed or else PP can issue refund from their end if dispute is eligible to get resolved in your favour. While pending refund is there its likey that PP won't intervene.
