Real PayPal- Bank Transfer refused-help?

Hi,

I have a real business paypal and sold $1000 of goods, 3 transactions both are old company phones.
The $700 for the first item has cleared as the tracking number was added, customers left positive feedback as sold via ebay.
However i have 2 bank accounts on there as our old business bank account was an app based bank who've now closed down so I added HSBC which paypal did their login thing verification but now I tried to transfer money there it says hsbc refused it- contacted them and they said they aren't aware of any incoming money..do i contact paypal or will this flag them and limit? i was banned of paypal around 10 years ago so worried..can anyoen advise

You have a HKBC BANK debit card?if so,try that one

its ok oddly it worked all of a sudden and been fine since i just left it a few days all resolved now..just getting constant pending orders on small ass **** like $15 sales
