Link Bank Account to PayPal

Hello,

I was not able to add my bank to my new Austria PayPal account. Bank account is from NL Citi. I am sure that it has never been used in other account. PayPal is brand new. I messaged PayPal but they said they tried to call me. But the phone number on file was only able to receive sms. So I was not able to receive the call. I tried to call PayPal instead. But the thing is that when I call the number in PayPal "contact us" page, it only supports German. I can hardly speak German.

Anyway to call AT PayPal in English? Or any other way to link my bank account?

When I tried to add my bank account, it returns: "Sorry, we can’t link your bank account right now."

You can either try calling them and ask assistance in English, or send them an email regarding your bank issue

Your bank account is flagged by their bots. That's why.

Don't keep trying. Wait a few days and retry, if that doesn't work you'll have to call in

try a different bank account ,preferably an Austrian bank account
