Do you know if you try withdrawing from a bank with mismatch names and fails will PayPal put a limit on your account for security purposes? Or will it just deny it and that's it?

There's a way to cash out from stealth PayPal. I use stealth PayPal and I do cash out without having to buy anything with my balance.

It won't fail. Just follow the stealth guide that you have and it'll be fine.

If for any reason your bank is no good, and it fails, they'll just remove the bank account.

Need to clear up some things here,

1. "Easily" exchange from PP to BTC, "just go to XY and exchange". No, nothing about that is "easy". Comes from people probably exchanged 10 EUR one time. The Coinbase introduction might lessen the problem a bit, not sure yet how it really functions.

2. "Buy gift cards" - lol. Might work for your 10 EUR now and then, but continuously exchanging gift cards into cash is going to be so painful, you'd wish you were dead. No kidding.

3. Netherlands is the EU. So, I really wonder how you managed to open PP accounts anyway without adding a bank account? Or do you just use the 2500 EUR limit EU accounts. Seems so.

4. I don't think there is any EU country left in 2021 where you could withdraw funds to a CC/VCC, especially never Netherlands (there might have been countries like Romania, but I think this is not possible anymore).

5. Mismatched names in EU are usually not a problem to around 250 EUR. Some banks check mismatch name at 500 EUR or above, but noa all. So, mismatched names in EU is generally not a problem. Also, money received by Paypal is usually already a trusted source nobody (ai nor human) will bother about.

I think the best solution for you is BUNQ. BUNQ gives A LOT bank accounts (Netherlands IBAN) that you may add to your Paypal to withdraw money. No matter that it is in different names, paypal is not able to match names, so you add iban and you are good to withdraw. I have 20 IBAN's on my BUNQ. Very nice money app

hello i have several paypal accounts where i can get money but my main account is totally banned.
im in USA
i tried adding new bank of america account and it failed
also im trying the WISE account ( evolve bank & trust)
i get error in paypal
(this account needs a little help to link it contact us)
can some one please help me >? do i need another bank i think its mismatched names

contact paypal, they have to do some adjustments so you can link your bank account.

you can buy crypto and then sell them and withdraw it in your bank account

AS far as I know Payoneer bank accounts should still work for EU PayPal.
