So are you saying after 180 days of transaction date, a buyer CAN NOT start/open a case against seller, if they made transaction with PP balance money.
Cases are ,item not received, item is not as described,
case 2
But a buyer can still open/start case even after 180 days, if they made transaction paying through the bank/Credit debit card attached to PP, and PP will side with them
In case 1, I have just tried opening a case for test and it is still allowing me to open the case, I am surprised, OR it will still allow to open the case but PP will not force seller to refund.
I am not a scammer, but as seller I have to deal with scammers,
Couple of my PP acc are limited and waiting for 180 days release, just wonder what happens if some buyer still continue to file cases even after 180 days of original transaction.
