Default Someone used my Wifi, am I in trouble?

My girlfriend's friend came over to our house the other day while I was not there and she got the password of my Wifi. She had the Paypal app on her phone and did actually sign into her PP account using my Wifi.

She is only a buyer, not a seller though. Do you think my PP account could land in hot water in the future should her buyer account get limited, banned...etc?

Usually if it's just one time, no... but the risk is always there.

This is why no one gets the password to my business ANYTHING.

I think there will be no problem with using only one time.

+1 Shouldn't be an issue, imo

We have members on here that use a broadband connection to operate more than 100 accounts. I use several mobile devices that overlap IPs with no issues of any kind since 2015.

I would not reuse VPNs or VPS though.

Hi

Ip's are often recycled and with the one time use it shouldn't be much problem.

Just try to avoid it in the future.

Lot of good advice given OP - try to avoid letting ppl use your IP service that is for your business. Keep things clean moving forward

Yeah not a problem.

Only problem happens if it's from the device.. but since that's not the case, not a problem.
