New pp account created some advice please

I have created a few pp accounts for the first time and I have confirmed email
And put vcc in and confirmed it too,I should say I have no access to the details I used what I want to know is how much can I use them before I get a message for not adding bank details or limited in some way are they even usable? Or is it a case of I’ve started off on wrong foot? This is just experimenting at the minute as I’m new to forum. But I want to run the accounts for a while or try add bank details but maybe I can’t do that now because of addresses I used.

Before you even use a PP account, it's preferred that you verify and confirm the acc with a VCC and Bank account.

I have and will never use an account unless it's completed like I mentioned above.

I will only be checking them to see if they are still running with no flags.
The bank account is the last step I need to complete. But that’s where I’m stuck.
I have created a savings account and got new sort code and acc number, is this safe to use for registrations?
Or will I look for another way?

Trying to add bank but nothing happens when I click on button.
It just spins for 10 seconds then nothing
Not a message of confirmation and same info on page displayed.
I know I have to wait a few days for money to transfer back and forth
But it doesn’t seem to do anything at all when trying to add bank.

I forgot to mention, don't KEEP trying, if it failed again, stop and give it 7 days.
If that doesn't work, it'll have to be added manually by the rep

I think it was successful with adding acc.
All seems fine now and have a (all caught up) message. But I’ll keep checking I don’t like signing in too often.

On seller acc, what method is recommended
For seller fees, I just noticed it hasn’t been created yet because of card not added. Vcc or bank card in my name?

I purchased eBay stealth guide. Bought IPBurger's Residential IP Plan. Followed the guide precisely and double-checked the details. Yet when I created business PayPal, it gave me red alert "Provide Identity Documents". Its asking for photo ID and ITIN proof. What could have gone wrong? I tried another account with different details (new user account, name, phone, etc. etc.) and it still gave the same red alert. I am really frustrated. Can someone tell me what could be wrong?

Why not go with the VCC option
