Payment was denied

I have been making transfer with my pp and it goes well. Until yesterday I send it to someone and PayPal notifies me that "Your payment was denied, try again later".

I tried again still the same. What could have happened?

Will it still send later? Please someone should help

Have you always been transferring to that other someone repeatedly? For how long now if so?

how do you send the payment,goods and services or friend and family? and where is the recipient account?

Thanks to you all. I have resolved the glitch. I waited 24hrs and also changed the recipient email address I.e, I sent to another PayPal after 24hrs
