eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal temporary limited! how to refund ?

My US PayPal temporary turned limited and refund can not be issued. One of my buyer asking for a refund. How can I issue it manually without connecting to customer support? Thanks all in advance.

Usually the only thing you can do when limited is to refund, but sometimes it may not be allowed. Tell you customer to open a dispute, escalate it to a claim, and PP will refund him in due time.

ixxx is correct. Otherwise, you will have to manually connect to customer support

Odd, you should have been able to do a refund directly from the eBay side at least.

If not then ask the buyer to open a dispute.
