Hey there! So, I got my account limited 180 days ago and today I just withdrawed the money. Now the question is simple, should I or how can I create a new account under my name with a payment method of mine (CC/BA)? Should I call on PayPal and ask if I am able to do it?

They would have implied that to you somewhere when your account went down.

On the bright side, PayPal is easy to stealth.
